What This Pilot Is
The Legit Leader™ Network Coaching Pilot blends AI powered coaching with human coaching touchpoints to support leaders. Built by former K 12 school leaders and certified coaches, the platform offers real time thought partnership, practical tools, and equity centered coaching.
This pilot is a partnership. Networks gain immediate leader support and system level insights, while helping co-design the future of AI augmented leadership coaching.
Who This Is For
This pilot is designed for mid size networks and districts operating 5 to 10 schools that are committed to:
- Developing and retaining strong school leaders
- Reducing leader burnout and turnover
- Strengthening their leadership pipeline
- Bringing innovation into leadership support systems
What Participating Networks Receive
- Always On AI Coaching - 24/7 equity centered coaching support for real world leadership challenges, reflection, planning, and high quality work products
- Human Coaching Touchpoints - Two coaching conversations per leader to deepen reflection and support transfer to practice
- Data Driven Network Insights - Secure, anonymized insights into collective leadership needs, growth areas, and trends to inform PD, coaching, and talent strategy

- Timing: January to June 2026 (minimum 3 months, aligned to the school calendar)
