How do the AI coaches work?

Legit Leader AI powered coaches are designed to simulate a seasoned educational leader who is a thought partner: they ask reflective questions, offer tailored suggestions, and generate ready-to-use tools or drafts based on your needs. We define strong outputs as being about 80% ready — a solid starting point that leaders can then adapt to their unique context. The more context you provide, the more precise and personalized their support becomes. We do not see our coaches as replacing the critical thinking leaders do, but rather as accelerating the process — helping you get further, faster.

Is my data safe on Legit Leader?

Yes. We take data privacy seriously. Your information is stored securely, never shared without your permission, and only used to provide personalized support. You can review our full privacy policy.

How often should I use Legit Leader to get the most out of it?

We recommend using Legit Leader at least 3 times per week to build momentum and see consistent impact, ideally making it part of a daily leadership practice. Even 10–15 minutes a day can provide clarity, save time, and strengthen your leadership skills.
